THE EVENT IS FINALLY HERE!
Thank you for choosing to Make a Difference at Summit Ridge Middle School! The Non-Profit locations are excited to allow our middle school students into their locations to volunteer! There are several forms necessary in order to participate in this event. Your student will bring them home after they have selected the location where they will volunteer.
There are a limited number of slots per location, so act quickly! Thank you for your support!
Packets will go home on April 13th with the necessary forms that your child will need for this event. All forms will need to be returned by April 19th to ensure that your child will get to volunteer off site.
If your child does not volunteer off site, or if he or she will be volunteering at a location that only lasts for a couple of hours, there will be other in school activities that they will participate in that will benefit other non-profits. There is no curriculum scheduled for that day. You can view the in school activities, and choose what your child would be most interested in participating in, but IT IS NOT A SIGNUP for that activity. We are gathering information to see what will be the most popular to help with staffing and supplies.
DON'T FORGET TO ORDER A TEE SHIRT! AT LEAST 10% OF EVERY SHIRT SOLD WILL GO BACK TO SRMS!
