Returns and Exchanges Policy
We don't typically have the ability to permit returns or exchanges as most of the items we print for schools and other organizations are made to order, and we don't typically have extra items. However, it never hurts to ask. We may have over printed or might have the item you're looking for in stock. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Every product has a specific sizing chart included, so please be careful when placing your order.
If you are purchasing an item that is not part of a fundraiser for an organization, we may be able to be more flexible with the refund/exchange policy.
HOWEVER, if you've received a damaged item or received the wrong order, please contact us and we will make it right. We do need to hear from you promptly, though! You must contact us and send your tee back within 10 days from the date you received your product, and have a prior Return Authorization for us to consider an exchange or refund. Any return/exchange request received (or return tee received without a Return Authorization) after 10 days will not be honored.
Not all orders will be shipped. Some organizations will be delivering their apparel to the the purchasers, other orders will be shipped. Specific information regarding shipping and order time frames will be listed on your organization's home page of this website. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks after the cutoff date if applicable. If there is product immediately available, we will ship it within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order, and you will receive a separate email containing tracking information if your order was shipped. Once your order has shipped, you should expect to see it within 3-5 days from the ship date. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.
